TENANCY APPROVAL PIPELINE · STATION 04 · RENT REASONABLENESS

Is the asked rent reasonable?

The screening view of station 4. Type the unit's ZIP, bedroom size and the owner's asked rent — see the real advertised market-rate rents our harvest has observed in that ZIP, their median, and HUD's published Small Area FMR with the 90%–110% basic range. Context in seconds, before you open the case.

Asked rent is optional — leave it blank to just see the market.
This is a screening view, not a rent reasonableness determination. A determination under 24 CFR 982.507 requires documented comparables considering location, quality, size, unit type, age, and amenities — the signed-in workspace produces that citable determination record; assisted and LIHTC communities never enter its comp pool. Rents shown here are real advertised asking rents observed on public listings (source-linked, market-rate pool), not certified comparables. SAFMR figures are HUD-published; your housing authority adopts the exact payment standard. Medians, ranges, and counts are computed from exactly the distinct listings in the table. If we can't state a figure, we say so instead of guessing.
