Our practice
RentSpire does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). We do not sell resident, household, or PHA staff personal information.
Resident and household data is processed only on the instruction of the applicable PHA, which is the controller and owner of those records. For more detail, read the Privacy Notice.
Submit a request
You may submit a request or question about sale or sharing by emailing privacy@rentspire.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share Request.” Please provide enough information for us to identify the request and respond. If your request concerns resident or household data, we may direct you to the relevant PHA because the PHA controls that data.
Authorized agents
An authorized agent may submit a request for a California resident by emailing privacy@rentspire.com. We may request written permission from the resident and information needed to verify the resident’s identity and the agent’s authority, as permitted by law.
